Our Mission

An 88-acre Mediterranean estate being prepared for sustainable commercial and ecological operation.

The horseshoe valley combines established agricultural terraces, mature groves, native woodland and natural water resources within one managed estate.

Ebro Leisure Holdings Ltd is coordinating the estate's physical development through low-impact architecture, renewable energy and infrastructure designed to support commercial activity while protecting the land's ecological value.

The Land

A horseshoe valley with a strong foundation for development.

Eighty-eight acres curl around a horseshoe valley near the Ebro River. Former vineyards, herb plantations, almond and olive groves and native pine woodland are distributed across terraces, slopes and sheltered development plots.

Existing timber tree-houses and eco-lodges establish a low-impact architectural direction. On-site solar generation and several underground water wells provide the core utilities for resilient, self-sustaining operations.
